No. Readers keep matching faces and fingerprints locally and store every punch. When the link returns, the queue replays in order — nothing is lost and nobody is turned away at the gate.
Can you import our existing member register?+
Yes. Send us your Excel, Google Sheet or export from another tool. Our onboarding team maps the columns, cleans duplicates and shows you a preview before anything is saved.
Do we have to buy your hardware?+
Only if you want to. FynGym talks to most eSSL, ZKTeco and Mantra readers already installed in Indian gyms. If you need units, we ship pre-configured ones that pair in about a minute.
Where is member data stored?+
In Indian data centres (Mumbai primary, Hyderabad replica). Biometric templates are stored as one-way encrypted vectors — not photographs — and never leave our infrastructure. See our privacy policy.
What happens if we leave?+
You export everything — members, attendance, payments — as CSV or JSON, any time, without asking us. We keep a copy for 60 days in case you change your mind, then delete it. Details in the refund and cancellation policy.
