Pricing questions
Is there a setup or installation fee?+
No setup fee on any plan. Import and on-site installation are optional paid add-ons if you want us to do the work — most gyms self-serve using the guided importer.
What counts as a member?+
Anyone with an active or frozen membership. Expired, cancelled and prospect records do not count, and you keep their history for free.
Can we change plans mid-month?+
Yes, both ways. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rata billing; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so nobody loses access mid-cycle.
Do you charge for the trial?+
No. The 14-day trial needs no card. If you do not convert we keep your data for 60 days in case you come back, then delete it.
How does GST work?+
All listed prices are exclusive of 18% GST. We raise a tax invoice against your GSTIN each cycle, so you can claim input credit.
What if a payment fails?+
We retry three times over eight days and notify you each time. Your gym keeps working through a grace window — members are never locked out because of a billing issue.
